Main functions and technical points:
★unwinding unit with Auto loading function , with EPC & Auto stop when film finished.
★Auto loop feeding, auto folding & auto correction of the rope.
★The longitudinal heat sealing of the bag edge adopts rolling sealing technology, sealing line is firm and flat.
★The main control system is the swing servo tracking system, heat-sealing without tension, and double cutters work at the same time.
★The whole machine is equipped with 15 servo motors as standard..
★Automatic labeling function on rewinding unit, the maximum speed is 12 rolls/min.
★Machine can also produce flat bag rolling bags.
★Folding forms include C-fold, G-fold, Z-fold, and double-V-fold. (please confirm the film folding mode before production)
